The visit starts at Seville Cathedral, entering through the Patio de los Naranjos, a legacy of the former mosque. Inside, the guide stops at the Main Altarpiece, the Choir and the tomb of Christopher Columbus, before climbing the 34 ramps of the Giralda, the former minaret turned bell tower.

From the Cathedral, the group walks to the Royal Alcázar, entering through the Patio de la Montería. You'll explore the Palace of King Pedro I, including the Patio de las Doncellas and the Ambassadors' Hall, go down to the Baths of María Padilla, and finish in the complex's gardens.

The final stretch is a walk through the Santa Cruz Quarter, Seville's old Jewish quarter, stopping at the Callejón del Agua, Plaza de Doña Elvira and Plaza de Santa Cruz, where the guide explains how the Jewish community lived in the medieval city.

Meeting point
Plaza del Triunfo, next to the Alcázar walls and opposite the tourist office. The guide carries an orange umbrella.
Accessibility
The Cathedral is accessible along most of the route, although the climb up the Giralda ends in 17 steps with no wheelchair access. The Alcázar is accessible in around 80% of its areas, with the Baths of María Padilla as the exception. The streets of Santa Cruz are narrow and cobbled. Let us know when booking so we can adapt the route.

Both the Cathedral Chapter and the Alcázar's management require ID or a passport for each participant to access both monuments.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
You can cancel with a full refund up to 72 hours before the visit. Between 72 and 24 hours before, the refund is 50%. With less than 24 hours' notice or a no-show, there's no refund, since the Cathedral and Alcázar tickets are already issued on a named basis.
Both the Cathedral Chapter and the Alcázar's management require the full names of all participants 48 hours in advance to issue the tickets. After that deadline, name changes or refunds are no longer possible.

Is this too demanding a pace to fit all three into one day?
It's a complete 4.5-hour visit with stops and some free time in the Alcázar gardens. If you'd prefer a more relaxed pace, you could split the visit into two separate tours instead.
Do you climb the Giralda on this tour?
Yes. The climb up the Giralda's 34 ramps is included as part of the Cathedral visit. The final 17 steps are not wheelchair accessible.
Is it necessary to bring ID?
Yes. Both the Cathedral Chapter and the Alcázar's management require original ID or a passport for each participant for access.
Is there a discount for teenagers?
Yes. There's a specific rate of €52.00 for young people aged 14 to 17, separate from the children's rate (4-13) and the adult rate.
What happens if it rains on the day of the visit?
The tour goes ahead anyway: the Cathedral and the Alcázar are mostly indoors. If you prefer, you can change the date by writing to us at least 24 hours in advance.
