The visit starts at Plaza del Triunfo, next to the Alcázar walls, and enters through the Patio de la Montería. From there, the guide explains the three palaces coexisting within the complex: the 16th-century Casa de la Contratación, the 14th-century Palace of King Pedro I, and the 13th-century Gothic Palace, and why they're visited in reverse chronological order.

The central part of the route is the Palace of King Pedro I, featuring the Patio de las Doncellas, the Ambassadors' Hall with its golden muqarnas dome, and the Patio de las Muñecas, where the guide helps you spot the hidden faces carved into the arches.

The final stretch inside the Alcázar takes you down to the Baths of Doña María de Padilla, underground cisterns that few tours reach, before emerging into the gardens, where you'll have some free time to stroll among the peacocks before continuing.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
You can cancel with a full refund up to 72 hours before the visit. Between 72 and 24 hours before, the refund is 50%. With less than 24 hours' notice or a no-show, there's no refund, since the Alcázar tickets are already issued on a named basis.
The Alcázar's management requires the full names of all participants 48 hours in advance to issue the tickets. After that deadline, name changes or refunds are no longer possible.
